Inventory & Schedule of Condition / Check-in
One of our highly experienced inventory clerks creates an inventory checklist – a complete record of all decoration, fixtures and fittings, and furniture content. We then carry out a detailed report with photographs and an extensive description of the item’s condition, providing comment and thorough information on any damages or deficiencies.

This report can be produced in absence of meeting the tenant. Allowing the Landlord or agent to undertake the check-in process themselves.

Midterm Inspection
One of our highly experienced inventory clerks attends the property during the tenancy period for a pre-arranged inspection. Photographs will be taken in compliance with GDPR and a report provided.

All communication will be undertaken by My Inventory Clerk to reduce the strain on Landlord or agent.
​
This report gives piece of mind that the property is being maintained to an appropriate standard and allows any issues to be documented accordingly.

Check out
One of our highly experienced inventory clerks creates an inventory checklist.

This will be cross referenced to the original check-in report, if one was undertaken, allowing for recommendations of any liability for deductions.
​
This report is very important as it will be able to assist in resolving any disputes regarding deductions.
​
If a check in report has not been undertaken for the tenancy then it is still recommended that a check out report is undertaken, which, can be done in absence of a check in report.
